Main Equipment:
Permian Paper Machine：As a working procedure auxiliary machine indispensible for producing high-grade semi-hard biscuits, it is characterized by adopting the cutting laminated layer method, and the number of the laminated layers are 6 to 7 layers.
Forming Machine: It adopts PLC program linkage control, the forming machine only needs adjustment once, and its linkage program is stable when it is used for a long time; and the forming machine consists of a four-channel rolling mechanism, a double-roll (printing and cutting) forming mechanism and an excessive material recovering mechanism.
Tunnel Type Baker: It has three heating types: Gas, electric heating and heat transfer oil; according to local energy conditions, customers in different areas can choose one type of baker which is most suitable for their local energy conditions.

·This equipment is designed according to the food sanitation standard,and all of the parts in contact with material adopt stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304.
